For this activation, pain literally casts a shadow over our lives. We will install sculptural representations of pain, suspending them at different levels along the main walkway of hospitals. As people walk under the installation, they’ll see shadow-like stickers on the floor inviting them to pick out their specific pain from the sculptures above.
